Welcome to the relentless pursuit of better.Inviting applications for the role of F&A Analytics Manager We are looking for Consultants with Good Domain knowledge of at least one of the F&A process and have the ability to analyze client business problems, devise the right solution approach and lead execution. Responsibilities The person would be responsible for end-to-end delivery of effective solution and visualizations and can front end conversations with senior stakeholders. The person should possess good client management experience with good communication and analytical skills to support Life Science, Healthcare or CG business The person should be able to interpret business requirements and technical specification documents using good analytical and logical reasoning skills. The person will manage his/her work in a complex, cross-functional organization where the team needs to collaborate and integrate with other teams across multiple functionsQualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications Minimum Education qualification of MBA in finance with technical certification or bachelor s education in any of the programming language CA or BE(CS) or Masters in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or Statistics Relevant years of hands-on experience of analytics & should have previously worked in AP , AR or RTR rolesPreferred Skills Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations Good Domain knowledge of at least one of the F&A process Accounts payable or Account Receivables or Record to Report Ability to slice and dice large data sets and derive the right insights Understanding of fundamentals of data preparation/data modelling Ability to analyze client business problems, devise the right solution approach and lead execution Strong communication skills to be able to lead conversations with senior stakeholders. Storytelling and narrative on Insights Strong expertise in Crafting intuitive solutions using Power Bi/Tableau/Advance Excel /SQL /Python for data driven decisions.
