Organization Structure India Director>>VP>>AVP>>DSMResponsibilities - Project manage strategic/complex clients - Project manage code red clients and bring them to stabilization stage- Manage People & Operations: Interviews, training, mentoring, own and resolve cross-functional issues, internal stakeholder escalations - Establish and deliver metrics and KPIs to govern projects and identify areas of improvement - Co-ordinate with Delivery managers to pull in the required support needed - Ability to design solutions and implement change in a dynamic environment. - Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects & customers simultaneously. - Understand complex business scenarios - Review solutions Skills & Qualification Skill Sets:- Strong project and resource planning, monitoring and execution skills - Proven experience of having delivered projects within timeline and budget - Should be able to see the big picture but very detailed in monitoring progress. - Good people management skills - Excellent oral and written communication & Presentation skills - Strong leadership & communication skills with the ability to rapidly weigh alternatives and set priorities.
