Job Description

    • Uses best practice knowledge and content metrics to advise clients, and ensure business objectives and Content and Brand style guidelines are met
    • Creates designs, writes and repurposes digital tactic content for smaller campaign tactics
    • Review and incorporate test plan results within assigned areas
    • Presents and communicates design and/or branding objectives and executions
    • Responds to feedback and adjusts creative as directed by the Marketing Manager, Planning Specialist, or Digital Team
    • Develop and revise creative and content for campaign- related digital tactics ( ex landing pages, banners, flash, videos, chats etc)
    • Facilitate campaign related digital tactics through UI design and standards review
    • Code and deliver creative and content to Digital Campaign Publisher
    • Create publishable campaign-related digital tactics
    Required Technical and Professional Expertise
    • Adobe Analytics /Google Analytics tools Experience Good in Reporting and creating the Dashboards
    • Good at Marketing Analytics Should be able to communicate the insights/Recommendations to key stakeholders/Marketing managers
    • Articulation skills: Should be able to create a story out of the reports and able present the views to stakeholders.
    • Minimum 6+ years of experience in a Business Analysis and handling customers
    • Strong analytical skills and data driven approach to problem solving
    • Good presentation skills [IMPORTANT]
    • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into well-structured reports and documents [IMPORTANT]
    • Good interpersonal skills, and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and the proven ability to produce results and meet deadlines
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Maintains deep understanding of a system stack that is highly complex and has ability to dive deeply into technical and business issues.
    • Working closely with multiple business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements
    • Minimum 2-year experience in Analytics reporting and hands-on experience in data Visualization
    Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
    • Ability to provide meaningful insights to thorough analysis of website data
    • Knowledge in SQL, database management and statistics
    • Independent personality who can quickly ramp up, determine plan of actions, resolve issues, and strive towards the goal with minimal assistance.
