Being a start-up, we expect individuals to contribute to the growth of the company in different areas besides their specific job description.Roles & Responsibilities :- As a Manufacturing Digital Transformation Consultant, youll focus on digital transformation & automation initiatives in the manufacturing space with focus on making processes simpler, leaner & efficient by advising on the best solutions that suits client specific needs.- You will analyze the companys processes, systems, infrastructure and helps finding gaps. They help them implement renewed business processes with the nexgen tools & technologies (Industry 4.0)- You will participate in building complex digital solutions, support our clients along their digital transformation and digital journey. From strategy definition, to roadmaps and technical blueprints (e.g. IT architecture design), until the development and implementation of them.- Our projects vary in scope and complexity and may include clients from FMCG, automobile, manufacturing & pharma industries.An ideal candidate would have :- 6 to 8 years of experience in designing, building & implementing digital platforms / digital solutions / IoT solutions / Industry 4.0 / Automation projects in manufacturing industry- Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes and have the natural ability to summarize complex business requirements into a language that everyone understands.- Experience in translating business processes and requirements into digital solutions- Sound knowledge factory / shop floor operations (that includes process, infrastructure & IT systems)- Degree in Engineering, MBA would be +Note : For your candidature to be considered on this job, you need to apply necessarily on the companys redirected page of this job.
