Job Description

    We are having immediate openings for Consultant- Talent Acquisition for an online Delivery CompanyMust have skills:
    • Min 3 years experienceinTech/Non-Tech hiring including vendor and stakeholder management and mass hiring.
    • Good written and spoken communication skills in English
    • Hands on experience in MS Office.
    Responsibilities include:
    • Working closely with the hiring managers in understanding the requirements and closing the open mandates within the required TAT.
    • Working closely with the regional HR-Business Partners and supporting them for Regional hiring.
    • Identifying ,evaluating and on-boarding vendor partners and evaluating their performance.
    • Maintaining trackers and central database.
    • Identifying multiple sources and creating a talent pool for all functions and locations.
    • Working on various TA projects
    Location : Domlur, Bangalore
