Job Description

    Consult customer organizations in their technology led transformation journey by co-creating digital strategy, vision for digital, identification of use cases, business case development and creation of strategic roadmap for executionConsultative engagement of C-Level executives, functional leaders of prospects and existing key accounts in their digital led business transformation journey with an intention of creating pipeline for solutions and services of SDSGeneration of opportunity pipelines and mature existing opportunities by working with the Sales TeamsLead discovery strategy work for Digital Transformation projects, develop vision for business transformation, value roadmap and levers and high-level target solution designsParticipate and moderate C-Level workshops with design thinking as a methodology for ideation and opportunity identificationCommercial deal structuring in emerging technologies viz., AI, IoT, Blockchain based dealsLead CXO Level meetings and discussions containing topics across emerging technologies viz., AI, IoT, etc.Good understanding of Data and AI concepts including CRISP DM Framework, Model Development and MLOpsGood understanding of AI across Industries including Manufacturing, Automotive, Heavy Engineering, Mobility, Retail and Utilities.Response to RFPs, solution anchoring and defense of proposals AI, IoT and BlockchainTargets / Goals:Business Development measured with acquisition value and conversion ratePartial billability consulting assignmentsRegion:APAC, Middle EastFocus Areas:Manufacturing DigitalizationDigital Supply ChainConnected and Smart productsJob Requirements / Experience:10-12 years of relevant Management consulting experience with proven expertise and understanding in Manufacturing and Supply Chain processesExperience of working in Digital led transformation consulting projects 3 to 5 yearsUnderstanding of agile delivery methodologiesGood verbal communication skills: ability to articulate thoughts and good presentation skillsInnovative thinking to deliver client centric digital solutionsQualifications:A master s degree in business management from leading institutesBachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline; Business or similar.,
