        • Technical Experience : Minimal Bachelor degree Minimal 5 year experience as an engineer in a Contact Center environment Completed the following Genesys pure cloud certifications: Genesys Cloud Certified Associate GCA Genesys Cloud Certified Professional GCP or Genesys Cloud Certified Developer GCD Experience with Workforce Management Knowledge of Contact Center reporting Experience with Java script, Node JS Used to working in enterprise environments Azure DevOps Experience with Agile / scrum way of working
