        • Key Responsibilities : 1:Resource must maintain administration of Cisco UCCE environment, responsible for handling day-to-day operations, requirements issues and manage various Cisco UCCE components like ICM, CVP, CUCM, Peripheral gateways, HDS etc 2:Good to have Vendor management for resolving major production issues and handle day to day Incidents and Service requests 3:Resource must plan, coordinate, track and execute Migrations and implement automations to optimize the team efforts
        • Technical Experience : 1:Resource must have sound technical knowledge and hands-on contact center environment as well as Product/Solution knowledge Cisco UCCE 2:Good to have knowledge on Python, JSON, xml, GoLang and expertise on ITIL processes and project management 3:Resource must have knowledge on Salesforce / ServiceNow and must have Automation knowledge using RPA / DevOPS
