Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Design and develop the Participant Handbook (PH) based on the Qualification Pack (QP), Model Curriculum (MC) and NSDC guidelines.
  • Develop the Facilitator Guide as a resource for the facilitators based on the Participant Handbook and NSDC guidelines.
  • Develop and implement a content strategy for skill development for different sectors.
  • Develop skill-based content for job roles at various levels to be adopted by stakeholders across the country for skill development initiatives.
  • Create Question Banks as a part of the assessment process based on the curriculum.
  • Review and curate Organisational / Occupational Map (OM).
  • Develop competencies framework and curriculum for various job roles.
  • Create a central repository of all content - QPs, MCs, Apprentice Curriculum and content for each job role.
  • Initiate the approval process of curated and newly created QPs.
  • Coordinate with Sector Skill Councils (SSC) for various new initiatives and changes in content structure.
  • Assist in the approval of QPs, MCs and Occupational Standards.
Knowledge and Skills required:
  • Excellent and persuasive written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Proficient in identifying inaccuracies in content and editing it to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Ability to deliver content in the required format within the agreed time limits.
Experience Minimum 2 years of industry experience, preferably in the skill development sector. Skilled in content development, project management, standards and quality assurance. Job responsibilities:
