Role Purpose :Perform reconciliation oversight function for joint ventures based out of India. This is to be achieved by working closely with both joint ventures and various other onshore teamsKey Responsibilities :Ensuring all daily cash and security reconciliations are completed accuratelyAct as the liaison between JV team & onshore teamsMonitor JV core activities for overall service delivery completenessReview of KPI reportingOversee completion of periodic reviewsJoin/host various daily telephone calls with Oversight teamReview & approve all required access raised by JVKey Skills, Experience & Qualifications :Degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management or related field5-7 years of Reconciliation experience in a large financial services organizationDetailed understanding of the procedural, technical and product requirements within a Reconciliations teamStrong analytical skills and client service focusAbility to effectively communicate with colleagues, India managers and team leaders, onshore management and IT, both on the telephone and in writingDisplay awareness of work levels and business needs by identifying and taking prompt action on priority itemsExcellent time management skills, along with strong problem resolution and analytical skills.Computer literate Word, Excel & PowerPointExperience in one or more of the following reconciliation products is a distinct advantage: TLM/P SmartStream, PLM, RecXpress,
