Job Description

    We are looking for UI/UX designers who will be responsible for the overall user experience of the application that is to be delivered. You will ensure that all the components are refined and exceptional.The candidate would be delivering adaptive and creative solutions being up to date with the best practices and emerging trends in the UX community worldwide.Responsibilities:
    • UX Creative Designer you are an integral part of a domain specific, cross-disciplinary team of experts. You analyze user/Programs needs and take a central part in developing solutions that meet those needs. Doing so, you always have a keen eye on our business model, overall strategy and emerging technical opportunities.
    • You are in the driver seat for translating user needs into meaningful and captivating Mobility Next experiences considering business needs, company strategy as well as technical opportunities and constraints.
    • Furthermore, you take an Minimum Viable Product mindset and help in transferring UX concepts into hardware - ensuring quality in usability and experience.
    • Also, you foster holistic experiences with both our software and hardware products in mind by utilizing our design system standards, product development processes as well as UX design methods. Therefore, you take the responsibility for the end-to-end execution of UX activities within your domain specific team of experts and ensure a consistent user experience across all customer touchpoints. Conduct user research, synthesize insights, create wireframes, prototypes and run usability tests. Commission and coordinate external agencies.
    • Organize the you regularly present product insights and design results to the management and and consolidate feedback and conflicting interests into a coherent overall concept.
    • Create, Publish and maintain the PJ-MNT Portfolio in BGSW communications, Docupedia and in Linked-in.
    • Work Closely with PJ-MNT management in designing the content and organizing.
