Job Description

Role overview : As an Creative Lead/ Art Director, you will be leading a team of interior stylists, video editor and image editors and will be responsible for conceptualising, planning and producing all the imagery and video creatives for Home Decor/ Interiors for the brand.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of interior stylists , video editors and image editors to deliver high quality creatives for Home Decor/ Interiors for the brand.
  • Plan and manage the pipeline for the art and production team for Home Decor/ Interiors.
  • Manage and coordinate between different teams including Brand marketing, Content marketing, Digital marketing, Product marketing, Category, UI/UX and projects managers to deliver all projects seamlessly.
  • Curate high quality pictures and 3D renders with captivating interiors for each project for Home Decor/ Interiors for all digital and print mediums
  • Conceptualise, plan and produce videos for all digital platforms for Home Decor/ Interiors
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors and interior stylists to style homes for Photo and Video shoots f or Home Decor/ Interiors.
  • Ensure that production is cost-effective, within timelines budget troubleshoot problems and improve processes.

Requirements to succeed

  • Avid interest in home decor and design relevant prior experience as a Creative lead Styli st/ Art Director in the Home Decor/ Interiors sector with Team management experience.
  • Prior experience of 6 years in styling interiors and managing photo-shoots and video shoots in the Home Decor/ Interiors sector
  • Well versed with latest visual trends top-notch sense of aesthetics, design and layouts.
  • Creative and well organised, with an eye for detail excellent management skills.
  • Collaborative and should be able to work in a matrix environment.
  • Problem solving attitude- ability to provide innovative solutions within a given budget.
  • Excellent communication skills.
