Job Description

Support credit evaluation for new and existing customers co-ordinate with regional teams for doing credit evaluation, checking financial health of the organization.-
Quarterly reconciliation of 10 large customers (Closing balance in excess of INR 2 million) and written confirmation to be obtained from customers
Work with Customer service team and commercial teams for approval for Credit override to release sales orders
Support Finance manager in forecasting cash flow of receipts and help in cash flow management.
Support Finance Manager in performing monthly closing and Management reportin
Perform the Agent Brokerage/Customer rebate accrual
Liaison with legal team for initiating and updating Distributor/ Agent agreements and questionnaire
Clearance of Shipping bills on EDPMS
Clearance of export leg merchant Trade Transactions
Prepare comments for Key Delinquency report
