Job Description

    Exciting opportunity with one of the leading Investment Bank aggressively expanding Audit professionals in India hence looking to hire an experienced and dynamic audit professional with a good people management skills & solid background with strong knowledge around the key risks and controls in a Personal and Business banking asset and/or liability business. Some of the key responsibilities will include: - Participate or lead audit engagements on Personal and Business Banking products and channels across the Banks Principal Risk Types.- Consistently deliver high quality audit reports in a timely manner with audit issues focussed on client outcomes, key risks, root causes, materiality, and succinct key messages.- Support risk assessment for Personal and Business Banking portfolios globally by applying relevant business insights and data analytics along with key and emerging risk trends - internal, external, and regulatory.- Develop and independently manage senior management stakeholder relationships to ensure comprehensive understanding of business strategy, plans and performance.- Enhance GIAs expertise and provide guidance to enable consistent coverage of key risks associated with Personal and Business Banking products including use of new age techniques like Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning. - Prepare presentations, concept papers, management update reports on emerging risk and audit themes as and when directed. To be eligible for this role you will require: - Experienced internal auditor or credit risk professional or business practitioner who has deep subject matter expertise in Personal or Business Banking risk management. - Candidates without prior audit experience but with strong domain expertise in all aspects of credit risk management and deep understanding on the use Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities in Personal and Business Banking are welcome to apply.- Accounting / professional audit qualification is strongly preferred (including e.g., ACA, ACCA, IIA).- Minimum ten years of work experience in the banking industry/ audit.- Ability to commit to up to a maximum of 40% international travel.
