Job Description

    Hi,We are hiring for one of our clients for the below position.CRM ExecutiveJob Opening Senior Executive - CRMLocation: Indiranagar, BangaloreIndustry: Real Estate OnlyExpected Experience: 4-6 years.Notice Period: ImmediateRemuneration: 5 6 lacs per annumQualification: Bachelors / DiplomaKey Skills: 1. To send welcome email to customers post receiving the booking form from site.2. To follow up with customers for agreement signing and send them agreement draft copy.3. To help the customer to get understanding on their legal queries and unit specific related queries.4. If required, to coordinate with the customers lawyer to resolve the legal queries.5. To meet up the customers and complete the agreement signing formalities.6. If the customer is not able to visit us at our office, then to coordinate with our assistant and customer. To send our assistant to the customers place and complete the agreement signing.formalities.7. To inform on the readiness of the agreement to the customers.8. Post receiving the sanction letter from customers, start coordinating with bankers for first disbursement.9. To sign the subvention agreement with customers.10. To inform the customer post handing over the original documents to banker.11. For subsequent disbursements, send the progressive demand letters to customers. Follow up regularly till the payments are received.12. Assist in filling the TDS at our office and on calls.13. To coordinate with customer and project team on modifications in the units.14. To coordinate with our internal team and provide the unit plans for customers who are planning for interiors.15. To send the tile selection forms and document the customers requirements.16. To give credit and debit notes to customers based on the tiles form filled by them.17. Final accounts settlement with customers.18. Prepare sale deed and registration facilitation.19. Coordinate with site CRM team for flat hand over facilitation.
