Job Description

    Hi Dear CandidatesWe are hiring for our Leading OrganizationWe are looking for Customer Care / Customer Support Role for Credit Cards International ProcessHandling inbound or outbound calls and / or emails.Experience: 6 Months YrsAge: 35 BelowQualification: Any GraduateLanguages: Excellent English and Hindi SpeakingSalary: Upto 35000 NTHLocation: Bellandur (Bangalore)Incentives: Average Incentives can be earned 5000 Rs Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts ( As per the Business Requirement) For Females no night shifts, Shift ends at 7 PMWeek off : Rotational Week offOnly Voice Process (No Chat Process hiring) Should be comfortable using headsets / microphones for long hoursDuring Probation no Annual leaves or Casual leaves will be given, Only sick leave on submission of medicalRoles and ResponsibilitiesHandling inbound or outbound calls and / or emails Knowledge of TAT, compliance, ticketing systems, CSAT. Working on short SLA and clearing backlogs. Should be familiar with Customer Empathy, customer service. Ensure no errors occurred while assisting customers Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy. Answer queries about products or the company. Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication Adheres to and supports company policies and practicesFluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of any other regional language is a plus.- Must be a graduate/ 3 year diploma holder from a reputed university.- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service.- Candidates from Fintech, BFSI/ NBFC background will be preferred.- Candidates must not have participated in an interview minimum for 3 months at Uni.- Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts and week offs.- Candidates residing in more than 15 kms radius of bellandur must be comfortable to relocate.- Immediate joiners will be preferred.Compensation Details and benefits- Maximum TH we will offer is 35,000 depending upon the experience and last drawn.
