    • Project Role Description :Define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements, defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities, and developing business case to achieve the vision.

        • Key Responsibilities : Should possess great deal of enthusiasm, ability to expand their horizons across the gamut of Customer focused processes technologies, learn new skills, demonstrate Thought Leadership in the space of CRM, Marketing, Sales Service, and be the Functional Architects in the Customer Experience space
        • Technical Experience : Ability to drive C-Suite client conversations -Deep Subject Matter Expert in many of the skills required for transforming the CSS space, such as Oracle CX, Salesforce Sales/Service/Mktg/CPQ Clouds, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CX, SAP CX, SAP Qualtrics, Medallia, Adobe / Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Cloud, etc -12 years of overall experience, having lived through multiple implementationprojects in consulting / functional capacity, with the aforementioned technology products/platforms
        • Professional Attributes : Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment -Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment -Excellent communication written and oral and interpersonal skills -Excellent leadership and management skills
        • Educational Qualification : Engineer and MBA in Tier 1 institute in India / Global
      • Additional Information : Possess the relevant CX and product/platform certifications
