Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Monitor all incoming calls from customers for all inquiries on orders for various products.
    • Analyze all customer issues and assist to resolve all within required timeframe.
    • Coordinate with customers and ensure appropriate questioning to identify issues.
    • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
    • Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
    • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
    • Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
    • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
    • Impact the company bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers
    Mandatory Skills
    • Should have good communication skills ,
    • attitude to work as customer care taking incoming calls to our call center.
    • Shift is rotational and is a 24/7 project .
    • Need people who know secondary language as below :( Kannada ,Tamil,Telugu,Hindi ,Malayalam .)
    • Primary language will be English only
