Job Description

    We are looking for Customer Support Specialist to join our community operations team in Bangalore immediately to manage the growth and optimization of the job seeker networkThe role will focus on developing scalable processes to engage and retain job seekers. This requires a commitment to operational excellence, as well as creative thinking with a strong customer-centric mind-set.Language - conversational hindi. Decent hold on English for internal communicationWhat youll do:
    • Take ownership: Be the owner of performance metrics for business units that you would be leading (Examples: Productivity, Customer Satisfaction, Quality, SLA, and Contact Rate)
    • Focus on continuous improvement: Be responsible to build and scale operation processes. Manage team and drive them towards optimal performance through continuous improvement.
    • Streamline workflows: Explore new tools and processes to scale internal and external workflows that drive overall program productivity and also positively impact the cost levers within the LOBs.
    • Thought partner to leadership: Help build, evolve, and execute Vahans strategy with partners.
    What youll need/ Who you are:
    • Work experience: 1-3 years of experience in operations and startups. You are someone who loves leading change in a fast-paced environment.
    • Hustler and builder: You are a hustling multi-tasker who is passionate about building processes, continuously tinkering and optimizing them.
    • Organized collaborator: You can prioritize ruthlessly and work with cross-functional teams to drive phenomenal results on business priorities.
