Job Description

    Develop Information Security Frameworks, Policies, Standards, Procedures, Guidelines, relevant Templates based on industry standards / regulations/ frameworks. Implementation of ISO 27001 standard and Information Security Management System (ISMS). Address External and Internal audit queries and clarifications from ISMS documentation perspective. Influence and engage with cross-functional teams, clients, team members, and management and external groups from Policy & Frameworks perspective. Develop Control framework/s based on the standards, frameworks and best practices (ISO 27001, NIST 800-53). Develop risk management framework/s based on industry best practices (ISO 27005, NIST 800-37 & 30). Perform gap assessments and update ISMS documents as and when required based on latest standards, guidelines, regulations etc., Perform cybersecurity maturity assessments. Create high-quality ISMS documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience. Documents should be precise and aligned with standard requirements and best practices. Guide and coach team members on ISMS standards and documentation. Exposure and Excellent understanding of ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-37, NIST 800-30, ISO 31000, NIST CSF and other frameworks. Hands on experience in handling ISO 27001 external and internal audits. Implementing and management of Information Security Management System (ISMS) for large organization. Develop Information security policies and standards based on the business requirement. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures. ISO 27001 Lead Implementer and/or Lead Auditor certification, CISM, CISA, CISSP are added advantage. Experience in GRC tools like ServiceNow. Security Architecting,
