Individual accountability, cross-collaboration and transparency are of paramount importance in our organisation.If this wasnt good enough - let us up the ante a little bit, we offer competitive salary with two appraisals in a year (we believe in giving and receiving feedback on a frequent basis for smoother collaboration - we know its too good to be true!), a comprehensive leave and health insurance policy (we need you to be healthy and relaxed at all times to work better) and plenty of outings and team engagements through the year (all work and no play makes jack and jill, dull people, right )Anyway, enough about us - if this seems like your ideal place to work - dont wait any longer, we want to hear from you soon!Responsibilities Include-- Define product requirements; Write crisp product development briefs to outline requirements from stake holders- Work with tech teams to deliver product features/improvements/process.- Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience features, business features and operational bugs.- Working closely with Product team, tech team, Customer Support and Business Owners.- Work to constantly improve our product; Continually improve the customer experience throughout the entire customer journeyBasic Requirement/Qualifications:- Engineering graduate or Engineering +MBA Graduate- Minimum 3 years of previous experience in Product Management or Product Marketing Management.- Experience with product delivery on iOS and Android OS.- Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product- Previous experience in supply chain side of e-commerce would be preferred.- Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills.- Ability to fetch and analyse data on SQL/R is must.- Knowhow of web analytics/ Google Analytics.,
