It offers a unique opportunity to work the leadership team and will play a key role in helping to drive and implement a cohesive narrative across all communication touch points.We re looking for a seasoned storyteller and versatile writer who can craft inspiring copy in various formats. You have a focused approach, are collaborative, and can cultivate positive relationships.What Youll DoYou will be responsible for providing Insights to enable CX Growth.1) align with our business partner s growth goals2) have a positive measurable impact in converting insights to outcomesTo achieve this, you will be performing the following:Deliver consumable insights to business partners, follow-up on actions derived from insights, document, and share feedbackEngage with insights technical teams to collaborate and find most effective way to conduct analysisLeverage best practices across Regions to present insights and drive actionsCreate, document, and deliver impactful narratives that will drive actions for growthProduce and communicate custom action plans for our business partnersDevelop a strategy to deliver Growth Insights at scaleWho Youll Work WithBusiness insights is an advisory organization driving insights to business outcomes across CX, OneX and Cisco. CX Sales Insights provides insights to grow CX and Cisco at an accelerated rate. The team leverages AI/ML driven analytical solutions to provide actionable recommendations for business outcomes in line with region aligned priorities.You will be working closely with business sponsors and stakeholders to understand their goals and priorities and with the other insights vertical teams to produce insights that generate measurable growth. You ll be more than just an interface and be an active participant on both teams (regions and business insights vertical teams) and function as facilitator to both sides. Our business partners are primarily CX business leaders.Who You AreYou are both, an outcome-based, data-driven business and technology individual that is excited about driving Cisco s and CX growth through data driven insights that lead to business outcomes.The minimum qualifications for this position are:Very good understanding of Cisco s overall business: BE, CX, EMEAR Region overall business10+ years of professional experience in a business outcome and insights oriented role5+ Years of experience in providing insight for Sales or other Bookings/Revenue aligned function3 Years of experience working with Data Analytics technical teams to produce insights that drive business outcomesExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to distil information, influence outcome and communicate through effective story telling methodsDesired Skills:Ability to drive outcomes based on dataAbility to build relationships and take collaborative approach to problem solvingComfortable in a transformation environmentAbility to lead expectations across all levels (down, peer, up)Ability to multitask, set priorities, be resourceful in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure.
