Job Description

    Title: Alteryx & Tableau Platforms support Engineer Location: Bangalore Employment type: Full timeResponsibilities: Respond to customer requests within expected Service Level Agreements and manage customer expectations Review, document, troubleshoot and resolve customer s Alteryx & Tableau technical questions for the entire platform Act as a facilitator and assist with the communication between customer and internal teams when escalating issues Contribute knowledge to our platform support team Will be required to perform upgrades, patch/fix, manage incident/problem tickets and participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation for Tableau and Alteryx platformsQualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related quantitative field.
