Job Description

Position: ManagerService Line: Technology ConsultingRank: Manager 1/2/3Location: Trivandrum/Kochi/BangaloreEducation: B.Tech/M.Tech/MS/PhDExperience

  • 12-15 years of experience.
  • Should have had prior experience in managing people, a team size of 5+
  • Should have had experience in external client facing roles, preferably should have had on-site experience.
  • Should be adept in pursuits handling and business development
  • Excellent business communication, consulting, project & people management skillsShould be a team player
  • Should be a team player
Technical skills
  • Excellent Knowledge and expertise in 2 or more of the following areas: Statistical Modelling, Machine Learning, Operations Research, Neural Networks, Deep Learning
  • Hands on experience in coding on Python, Java, R os SAS
  • Strong programming skills in design and implementation
  • Good at Spark SQL, SparkML, Spark ML Pipeline, Spark API, Spark Datasets, RDD, Hive QL, Python, Hadoop
  • Exposure in using one or more of the following: Azure ML Studio , ML Services, ML Ops, MLFlow, KubeFlow
  • Knowledge and experience in Deep Learning libraries (TensorFlow, Caffe etc ), NLP Libraries (OpenNLP, Weka), ML Libraries (scikit-learn, Theano) would be advantageous
Key responsibilities
  • Lead a team for client/s in a billable role
  • Handle client interactions and client management
  • Act as counsellor to a team of AI/ML data scientists
  • Mentoring of the team around AI and ML
  • She/he should be able to guide and handhold the team on designing and developing ML models
  • Support the senior leadership is deal pursuits, business development, hiring and other operational duties
  • Thought leadership in terms of white papers, patents, publications
Qualifications, Education and Certification
  • B.Tech/M.Tech/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related areas
