Our GFS (Global Functions & Services) team is looking for proactive candidate with experience in data migration and knowledge of HR applications and processes to join their new team as an Data Migration Lead What you will learn and contribute to The overall objective for this position is to have a strong candidate ensuring successful data migration execution as a part of a large project in HR business domain. The current application landscape is in front of significant development and standardization requiring a candidate with the right mindset to understand which application development activities leads to transformed and renewed landscape by utilizing the latest available technology to foster refresh of the new innovative application landscape. As part of our team, you will:
    • Analyze, validate, and cleanse the source data to ensure the consistency and prepare the migration
    • Provide the data mapping rules
    • Resolve load issues with the IT and HR teams
    • Provide expert advice on best practice migration solutions
    • Act as a professional expert and architect for data migrations
    • Communicate technical details and migration status to project team and system integrator
    • Develop procedures for continuous improvement and repeatable processes
    Your skills and experience You have:
    • 3+years of experience of migrating, loading and validating data sets into production environments
    • Professional experience on data loading tools like Microfocus LoadRunner, Winshuttle
    • SAP R/3 HCM and Oracle Fusion data model understanding
    • fluent in spoken and written English (C-level or TOEFL score above 100)
    It would be nice if you also had:
    • Experience working with a variety of different types of databases such as Oracle, SQL, MySQL, etc.
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to solve problems under pressure and in complex situations
    • Strong communication skills both oral and in written
    • Knowledge of HR processes and applications
    • Experience of working within a multi-cultural environment, virtual teams and large projects
