Job purpose SE has established an articulated template to respond to Data Protection regulations and it is on route to mature its processes and procedure for the European countries that are subjected to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). As part of the Data Governance Shared Services Team assisting the Data Excellence, Quality and Privacy Team to embed Data Excellence across the SE, the Privacy Operation Analyst will be responsible of the monitoring of the DP&P service offering to be expanded to a global scale during 2022., * Duties and responsibilities
    • Global DP&P Master Plan Monitoring
    • Support Onboarding activities of instances Champions(i.e.: Operations/Functions and BUs)
    • Report Monitoring & Identification of plan delays
    • Risks, Issues & Audit points monitoring
    • Process Register Maintenance and Support (in Collibra)
    • Support Maturity Assessment Cycles, consolidation and reporting
    • Assure execution of Compliance verification controls
    • Own the Service Request and Issue Management
    Skills and Qualifications
    • Practical knowledge of Data Privacy and Protection regulations
    • Self starter and proactive in managing tasks
    • Track record of
      • Diligent program/project documentation keeping (master schedule, risk mitigation plans, etc.) that provide insight into and resolution of all issues and risks.
      • Proven risk mitigation expertise - ability to balance / manage multiple high priority initiatives.
      • Analytical skills: able to synthesize and extract insight from data
    • Must be able to lead the resolution of high-impact Issues and Risks.
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to a diverse audience at multiple levels within the company through various formats, such as presentations, written proposals, reports, correspondence, leading meetings, face-to-face dialogue, etc.
    • Good collaboration skills, with an ability to build relationships both within a team and across external departments and to influence decisions among diverse internal stakeholders across the globe.
    Highly Desired:
    • Familiarity with SE GDRP playbook and maturity model
    • Data Management skills
