Job Description

    Responsibilities
    • Is responsible for the management and proficiency of the commercial accounts data and/or M&A related integration data
    • The DS executes specific operations on commercial accounts:
    • Identifies the new accounts to be created through several data checks
    • Reviews and promotes Marketing Admin accounts in SFDC
    • Creates accounts templates to be approved by BDR
    • Manually creates new accounts in SFDC
    • The DS will be engaged in the ongoing and detailed evaluation of the accounts data quality, the identification of anomalies and discrepancies and will execute the agreed corrections.
    • The DS will follow-up on the requests status and will immediately inform the manager about any possible delay or issue (data, process, system, timing and so)
    • The DS must spend all the efforts to ensure all data operations and resulted changes are in line with the agreed processes, policy and regulatory obligations.
    • Understand, maintain and implement the data governance policies agreed upon by Adobe process
    • Respond effectively and in a timely manner to research requests from business stakeholders
    • Understand and meet business needs
    • Research and create customer hierarchies using a variety of tools including MDM, Dun & Bradstreet, Hoovers, the internet, customer websites and excel embedded macros
    • Research company name changes and re-organizations such as mergers and acquisitions
    • Perform mass data cleansing initiatives for the purging and elimination of corrupt or redundant information.
    • Analyze data stewardship metrics and derive process improvements and data gap to enhance the business model
    What you need to succeed:
    • Bachelors in Computer Science or tech related streams.
    • 1-5 years of relevant work experience in data quality management
    • Must have expert knowledge of MS Excel (VBA and Macros added plus).
    • Strong MIS reporting experience (Tableau/Micro Strategy/Power BI)
    • Strong research skills using Dun & Bradstreet, Hoovers and web research
    • Analytical problem solver and great attention to detail.
    • Proven flexibility in dynamic environments and ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
    • Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
    • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
