Job Description

    Job descriptionMandatory Skillset : 5+ years on Oracle core DBA, Oracle EBS, Linux Basic knowledge. Linux scripting knowledge - added advantage.Required Skill/Experienceo In-depth knowledge of Oracle database architecture and internals.o Strong Oracle Database Administration skills.o Good exposure to Oracle database tools (AWR, ASMCMD, SRVCTL, CRSCTL)o Proficiency with Oracle RAC (Real Application Cluster) and Backup and recovery tool RMANo Perform Apps / DB Bounces, Applying Data fixes, Enabling Workflow Mailer Logging, setting up Debug logs, Gathering Schema Statistics, Running RDAs (Remote Diagnostic Agent), Opatch and AD Utilities, collecting logs and traces & other DB commands.o Experience with Load balancing of application tier, and setting up parallel concurrent processingo Ability to fine-tune the concurrent processing in a large EBS environmento Understanding SQL query execution plano Experience in one of the following languages: Python, PowerShell, Shell scriptingo Experience with Linux/Unix command line and command-line toolso Proactively identify potential problems and issues and actively communicate and manage issues for resolution.o Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.o Ensure issues are analyzed discussed and resolved in a timely manner.o Experience working in 24/7 3 shifts operations
