  • Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
  • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : -Plan and implement medium to high risk changes on high profile production DB2 systems -Analyze and assess the impact and risk of low to medium risk changes on high profile production databases -Resolve difficult/complex incidents affecting the operation/availability of high-profile production databases and DB2 instances -Manage and support clustered databases -Analyze system performance indicators and recommend improvement actions
      • Technical Experience : -Significant experience of DB2 administration experience -Experience must have been gained in a production environment -Knowledge / Skill required on DB2 Stephen -Knowledge / skill required on DB2 7, 8 latest versions like 12 -Putty, Idera DBartisan, WinSCP, MS RDP, MS Powershell , MS Power BI, python, MS visio, Xming, UIPath Studio, IBM DB2
      • Professional Attributes : - Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization - Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision - Flexible to work in 24/7 shift
    • Educational Qualification : -Bachelors degree -ITIL V3/V4 Foundation certified -DB2 Certified
