May be called upon to develop group presentations and tracking/analyzing group indicators and ensure compliance with financial, legal and corporate policies. You would be accountable for: Representing DCAI-India at the site India operations, site India Risks and controls, site India ODC council, site India Corporate services and site India HR activities. Representing DCAI-India at the DCAI Global/Central operations level that will include (but not limited to) create/implement site strategies, drive site MRC discussions with DCAI leaders, proliferation of centrally created programs to India teams/BUs, etc. Responsible to drive/track/analyze key performance indicators and other org health initiatives in partnership with HR business partners. Primary interface with Risk and Controls, you will own coordinating, documenting, and following up with staff owners in Risk Mitigation for Business Continuity Develop and support many employee Forums, including coordinating and preparing slides, speakers, and Q and A tools, and facilitating the session Own DCAI India Staff meetings and Leadership meetings: own setting agenda topics, coordinating with key time sensitive items, extended staff invitations when appropriate and facilitate the meeting Setup process for Logistics(including cube allocation), custom and STPI compliance formalities for shipment from US to India and vice versa. Setup process for new employees orientation, training plan for new hires and manager/leader development programs in partnership with HR business partners. Central coordination of overall Intern and CG hiring for various teams within DCAI in close collaboration with HMs and Staffing. Management of DCAI India SharePoint, org chart, PDLs and websites Work towards employee retention and GPTW activities with all the DCAI India BUs. Seamlessly work with other cross site DCAI Operations teams both locally as well as internationally. The ideal candidate needs to exhibit the following behavioral traits: Good problem solving skills, excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Strong tolerance for ambiguity and proven experience to work in a continually changing environment A proven track record of collaborating with others, across organizational boundaries and with senior managers to get results Proven experience to negotiate and resolve issues with diplomacy and persuasiveness Demonstrated experience to synthesize findings, prepare executive-level materials, and recommend solutions Resolve to identify issues and root cause and establish a protocol to mitigate moving forward Highly motivated, pro-active and moves with a sense of urgency Experienced with budget management and building and managing dashboards Understanding and familiarity of Intel finance/R and C processes, tools and frameworks is preferredQualificationsMinimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Minimum Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Management, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field with a minimum of 10+ years of industry work experience. Preference for Masters degree in the same field. Experience in developing engineering process improvements based on data analytics.
