    Debt Relation Specialist-Bangalore-5yrs+-12-16lakhsJob Category: Accounts & FinanceJob Type: Full TimeJob Location: BangaloreSalary: 12-16lakhsYears of Experience: 5yrs+Job Title: Debt Relations SpecialistDepartment: Finance & AccountsReport to: Debt Relations LeadPurpose of Job: To work independently on all debt related projects through the entire lifecycle and provide qualitative solutions to the teamJob Responsibilities:Lead origination To originate new direct leads for debt in the market across financial institutions To brief them on companys products and services and initiate proposal stage Proposal preparation To prepare loan proposals, CAMs, information memorandum and investor presentations for prospective lenders To liaise with the investors/lenders and ensure all related queries and additional data requests are completed To track and follow-up status on regular basis and drive the process towards completion Relationship management To work closely with external stakeholders like rating agencies, trustees, regulators for transaction compliances To regularly touch base with all existing lenders/leads for maintaining a healthy rapport and seek further financial assistance To keep all lenders updated on companys performance and latest developments and ensure timely and accurate reporting of information on a regular basisMonitoring financial health and regulatory updates On a regular basis, maintain trackers to monitor covenant, security cover status and any other key metrics to be shared with management, lenders and other stakeholders. Track changes in regulatory guidelines/circulars and share impact analysis Documentation To finalise and sign-off all lender related legal documentation and ensure accuracy in the execution. To manage the complete disbursement process and ensure all compliancesQualifications: MBA Work experience of 3-5 years in financial/NBFC domain
