He is responsible to develop convincing technical solutions. This requires him to work closely with Client and support and provide technical guidance on IAM and PAM tools like CyberArk, Sailpoint, Saviynt, Beyond trust, Okta, Azure AD, MFA, SSO etc. Role Responsibilities IAM Delivery Leader is responsible to and lead and manage the delivery for IAM Security team. Responsible to contribute to the design, development, and implementation of winning technical solutions for customers to introduce and establish new technology solutions into their business and business processes. - Should have experience in writing proposals, responding to RFPs, RFIs and quality client presentations. Work closely with partners to support the development of winning solutions at optimum cost. - Effectively interface with solutions team, sales and bid-management teams. Skills : Candidate must possess Strong technical knowledge and experience in : - Must have strong delivery experience and more than 15 years experience and technical knowledge on IAM/PAM tools like like CyberArk, Sailpoint, Saviynt, Beyond trust, Okta, Azure AD, MFA, SSO etc. - Enterprise Security Architecture, knowledge of government regulations governing information security (HIPAA, GLBA, Data Protection Act, PCI-DSS etc). - Knowledge of risk management and security frameworks (IS027001) and Systems Security, Application security and Antivirus solutions. - Strong solution architecting and implementation experience in IAM products like CA SiteMinder, IBM Tivoli, SUN IDM, Sailpoint, Oracle IDM - Knowledge on mobile, BOYD and cloud security will be added advantage - Strong Network knowledge to support Security solutions. - Data Leakage and Prevention solutions. (Symantec, RSA, etc.). End-point Security Systems. - Working knowledge for Unix and Windows platforms. - Information Security Standards, Regulations, Guidelines, Frameworks and Best Practice (ISO, COBIT, PCI, OWASP, SANS, etc.) Education and Requirement : - Bachelors/Master s Degree - 15+ years of proven experience in Information security specially in Identity and Access Management Delivery - Certifications on IAM tools or Information Security Certifications like CEH, CISSP, CISM, CISA is added advantage - Ability to work in a team with effective communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent client interaction and presentation skillsAbout NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a global business and IT services provider specializing in digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure and business process services.
