Job Description

Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, software engineers, and quality engineers to determine project scope and vision Work with stakeholders to understand current processes, identify and document pain points, analyze and recommend process improvements Collect and analyze performance data to identify opportunities for increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of our delivery processes. Run Agile standups, retrospectives and facilitate after action reviews (AAR s) Identifying and enforcing performance quality gates (e.g., user acceptance tests, team performance objectives) Working with the team to identify, document, and remediate delivery risks Communicating changes, enhancements, and modifications of the delivery schedule Communicating with the executive team, board of directors, customers, and other stakeholders about delivery forecasts and release schedules.Must Have Skills PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) CertificationExperience managing Agile projectsDevelopment background Strong interpersonal skills in both customer interactions and team interactions and willingness to interact with executives on a regular basis Highly proficient in Jira Experience with performance platforms such as LinearB,
