Job Description

Responsibilities 1. Be a hands-on leader of a team of Implementation Consultants working 8/5 to resolve complex customer issues and improve our service & products. 2. Performs analysis, design, and development of MDR Implementation projects. 3. Collaborate with other Technical Delivery Managers to ensure consistency in processes and methods across the various engineering teams. 4. Train and guide the team on process improvements and technology adoption. 5. Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure our all the projects are well executed and within the defined timeframes 6. Conducts troubleshooting by assisting the other implementation consultants. 7. Forecast resource requirements that includes human, infrastructure, essential to successfully deliver MDR Implementation Projects 8. Communicate status and action plans to internal stakeholders, partners, and customers including C level executives. 9. Determine critical root cause analysis to drive strategic change to improve the current process environment. Own and close the tasks that are identified by the RCA . 10. Responsible for building the project communication plan, effectively communicate with key stakeholders on the project progress, issues and deliverables. 11. Will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the deliverables as per process, procedures, guidelines 12. Work cross-functionally to resolve issues and implement changes 13. Accountable for ensuring customer issues are completed with appropriate RCAs 14. Manage escalation of critical customer issues. Required Candidate profileTechnical skills 1. 7-10 years of end-to-end Global Project Management experience in delivering large and complex Cyber Security, IT software and infrastructure projects. 2. 5+ years experience in a customer-facing role. 3. Hands-on experience on well known SIEM tools in design, sizing, implementation, and maintenance. 4. Hands-on experience in device integration & SIEM Implementation 5. Knowledge on custom connector development 6. Experience with SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and cloud infrastructure. 7. Knowledge on Network & Security Devices i.e Firewall, IPS, IDS, WAF, Proxy etc 8. Knowledge on Linux, AWS, Azure & Hadoop components 9. Knowledge on scripting languages such as Perl and python. 10. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, and/or related experience. Leadership Skills 1. Must be a self-starter, highly motivated with positive attitude and should be able to work across global time zones. 2. A willingness to demonstrate ownership of problems. And mistakes. 3. A desire to collaborate with others both on your team as well as other teams. 4. The ability to aggressively drive solutions to problems while maintaining a collaborative approach. Other Skills 1.
