Job Description

    Role and Responsibilities:Operations1 Responsible for activities such as Gokarting, Bowling Alley, Laser Tag, Paintball,Climbing, Trampoline Park, Air Rifle shooting, Archery, ATV, Segway etc2 Ensure all activities are available at the allotted time and are at 100% operational capacity3 Conduct morning meetings to ensure all stakeholders are primed for the days events.4 Expected to have a thorough knowledge and keep abreast of international standards aboutactivities to constantly update and communicate and educate clients.5 Expected to have a good working technical knowledge of the equipment to ensure that they areused and maintained well.6 Identify gaps and best practices in operations to improve overall performance.7 Recommend and administer policies and procedures to optimist operations and enhancecustomer experience.P && L and reportso Responsible for the P&&L of the department and ensure accurate revenue and expenditure reportis generated and presented to the managemento Responsible for meeting revenue targetso Build processes and structure to enable scalable, measurable and profitable growth andprevent pilferageo Work with the Sales team to idea and execute strategies to increase saleso Work with the Marketing team to design and develop collateral to be used across various mediao Focus on customer engagement by conduct competitions, tournament, score cards, training etco Responsible for tight control on both operational expenditure and capital expenditureo Monitor consumables utilization to ensure optimal usage and prevent wastageo Ensure equipment is maintained properly to avoid down time and repairs.o Ensure inventory of consumables and spares are at an optimal level for every activity. Customer Service/ Customer flowo Customer experience is standardized through efficient process flows at all activities.o Customer feedback is recorded and action taken based on ito Ensure all customer touch points are as per standards expected at all timesSafety- Customer and equipmento Ensure customer safety is uncompromising and paramount by ensuring proper instructions;safety videos/guidelines and safety equipment is properly worn.o Responsible for safety of equipment by ensuring equipment inst misused, preventivemaintenance is carried out and fire, theft and rain protection is looked into (CCTV, insurance etc)o Safety drills need to be conducted and keep the staff vigilant and prepared for possible accidents.Staffo Responsible for ensuring that all activities are optimally staffed and available at the allotted time.o Responsible for building a workforce that is responsive, participate and customer serviceoriented.o Responsible for identifying training areas both soft skills and technical and building theweekly/monthly training calendar.
