Job Description

    Saleso Design and implement a strategic plan for B2B (Corporate/Coaching) saleso Design and implement a strategic plan for B2C (Walk-in/Birthday) saleso Devise and drive Membership strategyo Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.o Market Research and competition analysis on an ongoing basis.Communicationo Responsible for all communication (phone/email/onsite/offsite) with customers, starting fromlead generation to closure of sale.o Manage and utilize ZOHO CRM software and Cloud telephony optimally and generate useful andactionable data from it.o Train and monitor communications team to ensure all communication is of very high standardso Prepare bookings for the day list, with all specific requirements committed to the client.o Responsible for all additional arrangements as committed to any client by ensuring coordinationbetween various departments.Eventso Develop and curate an Events calendar, relevant to brand and business(Tournaments/Leagues/Competitions/Training/Screenings etc).o Market and execute these events in a professional and successful manner.o Ensure that the events on the monthly/yearly calendar are repeatable to develop them intoproperties owned by the companyPeopleo Responsible for recruiting, building a team that is responsive, participative, polished andcustomer service oriented.o Responsible for objectives setting, training and performance monitoring of Sales,Communication and Guest Relation team
