Job Description

    * Tasks The department eDrive, Hybrids & Powertrain EE (RD/ICE) is responsible for SW and EE Development, Validation & Verification, BTV, Adv. Data Science & Analytics for eDrive, hybrid as well as conventional powertrain for Mercedes-Benz Cars. In the team PT System SW Validation, you will be responsible for PT SW Verification and validation as well as plant model development activities:
    • Manage teams operationally to support day to day business
    • Stakeholder management - interaction with counterparts at Daimler, support departments, suppliers etc.
    • Develop the future strategy for the teams together with your leadership team and your partner departments
    • Employee engagement and development regular interaction with your employees to understand their development needs and take steps to support them
    • Support VP & HOD with department related activities (administrative as well as cross functional)
    Together with your team, you will be responsible for following:
    • Component and System level SW in Loop testing
    • SW in Loop infrastructure development
    • MB.OS SW validation relevant to Powertrain (Driving and Charging function)
    • eDrive system testing
