Job Description

Job Title / Designation:Design and Application Support EngineerExperience:1 3 yearsQualification:Diploma / B.E/B.Tech, preferably Electronics & Communication / Electrical / InstrumentationEngineeringNo. of positions:02CTC (per annum/per month) to be offered maximum:6 LPA for 3 years of experience.Required skills (ease of search, which should be in the profile):Reliability Engineer, Reliability Prediction, Maintainability, Failure Mode Effect and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), Fault tree analysis (FTA)Reliability software tools RAMS Commander, Itemsoft, Reliasoft, Windchill Quality SolutionsJob description / specifications / skills:Desired Skills:

  • Experience in one or more of the following standards will be an added advantage: MIL-HDBK-217F, IEC Standards, Telcordia, FIDES, NPRD, MIL -1629A, MIL-882D, ARP4761, EN50126, SIL Levels.
  • Knowledge on Reliability Prediction and analysis, Maintainability analysis of Electronics/Electrical/Electro mechanical systems and components & Reliability Block Diagrams based on the project specifications.
  • Should know the basics ofSafety Procedures, Failure Mode Effect and Criticality Analysis, Fault tree analysis.
  • Should be capable to understand the Schematics and System Architectures as per the customer requirements and design specifications.
  • Work experience with any Reliability software tools like, RAMS Commander, Itemsoft, Reliasoft, Windchill Quality Solutions etc., would be preferred.
  • Being a Certified Reliability Engineer would be an added advantage.
  • Added advantage, to have Knowledge on product development life cycle, cost & man-power estimation and quality processes.
Any other specifications (if any):Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for handling RAMS software tool and RAMS services.
  • Responsible for Preparing data, documents and presentation for product / service to customers.
  • Responsible for conducting training sessions for the products / services and support the sales and marketing team in Pre-Sale and Post-Sale Activities.
  • Ability to communicate and report, in both verbal and written English, to colleagues, System Engineering Experts and Customers with respective technical terms.
  • Flexible to learn new skills and support customers requirement.
  • Flexible to travel Onsite as per the clients requirements.
