This role will be responsible for all Visual & Experience communication pieces going across owned media. It is best if the candidate has exposure to both static and moving content and has worked on creating media, CRM comms at scale. Responsibilities:Visual Aesthetics, User Obsession & Problem Solving

  • A strong portfolio showing design thinking and creative problem solving.
  • A deep understanding of the Design Thinking Process & Wireframing. Empathy and advocacy for users, in all areas of work.
  • Get competitive insights and include these in design briefs.
  • Build 360 views of the concept, ideas on a campaign working closely with Designers & copywriters.
  • Strong experience in building design language systems. Drives consistency between illustration/imagery and content across the pages based on one s understanding and research and set up design systems for the team.
  • Exceptional storytelling & Presentation skills. Always pushes quality experiences & regular documentation with the right tools & processes. Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate ideas into visuals on different platforms & defines the design philosophy for multiple channels (In-app & CRM )
  • Skills and experience with Design & Prototype applications like Figma, Photoshop, After Effects, Framer etc.
  • Any photography Art Direction experience.
  • Experience creating and optimizing graphics for the web.
Domain Understanding, Business Metric & Ownership
  • Facilitate collaboration between different functions like Product Design, Marketing, Business & Research team.
  • Actively sets benchmarks, tracks key business metrics and levers to measure for design Experience
  • Ability to inspire, influence design roadmaps by bringing structure and driving a direction, empower, energizing and supporting teams to execute on the agreed plan
  • Actively educates business teams in understanding the concepts during design reviews.
  • Communicate business decisions and impact metrics with other designers/ teams
  • Is able to liaise with agencies for outsourcing design assignments.
  • Seeks short & long term business goals and communicates to the peers.
Process Rigour
  • Prioritize projects based on goals, bandwidth, business requirements
  • Define and promote improvements in design & agile processes and quality standards.
  • Defines, aligns & prioritises entire Design Experience based on business and customer drivers. Maintains a 6-9 months projection of projects and defines milestones, bandwidth and other constraints for the team.
  • Prioritize design reviews for EVERY project and provide overall feedback before go-live.

  • Define design goals for individual team members in alignment with business, marketing & design team goals.
