- Managing consultant through concept design, design development, construction documentation inclusive of but not limited to Master plan, Building designs, landscaping, mission critical power infrastructure, high voltage substations and utilities.- Coordination with stakeholders to define project design criteria.- Managing LL improvements, built to suit- Review of submittals to align with business goals, design criteria, codes & standards.- Implementation of Green design practices- achieved IGBC rating- Developed & Implemented Change & Document Management process.- Managing Project learnings, industry trends/ new innovations and implementation.- Project reviews & Site walks to ensure projects are in line with design intent.- Responding to / Troubleshooting emergencies on need basis at all stages of the projects.- Managing a design team and external consultants- Managing the design process using his/her commercial, contractual, programme/time awareness and technical expertise;- Supporting, understanding and advising the execution team as to the requirements and his/her obligations in the development of a building design;- Encouraging and inspiring design consultants to produce their best work using their full flair, experience, resources and talents in a cost effective way;- Ensuring the design process recognises current legislation, standards and codes of practice, where appropriate;- Ensuring design information is of the right quality and keeps pace with project timescales; and- Striving to eliminate health and safety risks in the design and financial risks during construction.Qualification and Experience:- BArch/March- 8-10 Years of Experience,
