As a Developer Associate, you will be part of the engineering scrum team building the Outcome Based Business solution, which is part of the Industrial Machinery & Components portfolio. Your responsibilities are,

• Work within your team and collaborate across organizational and geographical boundaries to develop and test the applications for the Industry Cloud.
• Understand the requirements of different applications within Industry Cloud, especially the IM&C portfolio and implement the product with development in S4HANA OnPrem or Cloud applications, with the latest technologies for the Industry Cloud.
• Support design, development, coding, testing, quality assurance of specific product features in a development team.
• Analyze and solve issues in new code, and on an ongoing basis in existing code.
• Apply Agile Software Engineering principles and DevOps model for continuous delivery.
• Work with all development process contributors, i.e. Product Owners, Architects, Project Management, Scrum Masters, Developers, UX Designer, User Assistance Developer and DevOps to establish and execute a flawless development process.
• Demonstrates full responsibility for accepted tasks and demonstrate a good level of quality, speed, reliability and efficiency.

Experience (Role Requirements):

• Strong educational qualifications (Engineering majors, MCA from reputed institutes) with 1-3 years of work experience.
• Passion for technology and programming, with a continuous learning mindset
• Proficient in Object Oriented Programming Principles and Software Development
• Proficiency in Object Oriented ABAP and HTML/JavaScript
• Goal oriented with good communication skills, and fluency in spoken and written English
• Ability to network across the organization, and exhibit the desire to learn, innovate and explore.
• Exposure to agile development methodologies like SCRUM would be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with DevOps model for continuous feature delivery
• Excellent analytical ability and communication skills with a strong sense of commitment and responsibility.
• Worked in the global teams with high levels of collaboration, will be a plus.
