Hiring, Development Lead / Designers with 10+ years of experience, more details are below. - 8+ years of experience with exposure to Internet banking, JAVA/ J2EE, Spring 3.x, Hibernate, OSGi and Struts 2 frameworks.Hands-on exposure to SAP E&M banking would be preferred.- Banking experience is mandatory and Experience in Internet or mobile banking would be an advantage.Knowledge of SAP, Cony or IBM IB / Mobile banking products - 4+ years experience in web technologies such as JSP, CSS 3.0, HTML 5, JSF 2.0, Struts 2 or other MVC based frameworks. Ability to work with Relational Databases and write queries.Exposed to ESB based integration / large scale enterprise integration- User experience appreciation - Knowledge of build tools like ANT and MAVEN is a must. Exposure to continuous integration tools is a must such as Jenkins, cruise control and JYTHON scripting, unit test tools as JUnit/Qunit.- Ability to do end-to-end troubleshooting of large multi-tier applications - Understanding of Hybrid mobile application development. Ability to work on UI technologies like HTML5, CSS3, Phone Gaps, Jquery libsFamiliar to SOAP / XML / IIOP / RMI / Wisdel- Ability to work with various simulators and emulators and also work with clients like Device Anywhere or Perfecto for Unit Testing. Unit test automation frameworks like Selenium, Robotium is an advantage. Knowledge of native application development - OO design/development experience with strong knowledge on Design patterns and design principles.Experience in AGILE methodology. Knowledge of AGILE tools like Scrumworks, Scrum Master is an advantage. - Excellent communication, written and presentation skills paired with good analytical approach to problem solving- Self starter / R& D focus ,
