In this role, you will be responsible for building a culture of high performance trust, inclusively and fun. You ll closely collaborate with the broader Product Management, Design, Development & Support team to manage delivery of our offering roadmap. It is expected that you have enough hands-on technical experience to provide guidance to your team and help unblock progress. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to IBM s Environmental Intelligence Suite and help build AI powered actionable intelligence built on the world s most accurate weather data and petabytes of geospatial data that when harnessed can enable businesses to manage risks & plan for improved resiliency and efficiency. Required Technical and Professional Expertise
    • Overall 8 10+ years of experience
    • 2+ years experience leading development teams
    • 5+ years experience in developing software or SaaS products
    • 3+ years experience in Agile development methodologies
    • Experience with cloud-based technologies and DevOps practices.
    • Experience with software design, architecture, and testing.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
    • Ability to work independently.
    Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
    • Knowledge of emerging technologies
    • Understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy best practices.
    • Knowledge of UI/UX and microservice design principles.
