    • Primary responsibility is to ensure post deployment user satisfaction
    • Drive complex outage and restore the services in synchronization with the customer, partners and Technical Support Operations.
    • Producing management information, including KPIs and reports.
    • Reviewing and auditing the process.
    • Monitoring the effectiveness of change requests/incident management and making recommendations for improvement and actions tracking.
    • Effective monitoring and tracking of performance issues of application.
    • Ensure incidents are resolved within defined time period, and escalate unresolved incidents to Technical Support Operations, OEMs, Third-party providers, etc.
    • Provide inputs for the ticket handling quality assessment.
    Your skills and experience (Describe job requirements, must have should be covered in max 3 bullets, if additional nice to haves, include under separate heading but no more than 8 bullets in total)You have:
    • Minimum 9+ year experience in Software development projects of which at least 5 years of experience as a Project lead/Manager.
    • The ability to build strong relationships internally and externally, extremely focused, disciplined, and professionally persistent
    • Analyze, Plan and Develop project schedules and delivery timelines
    • Demand Management, Cost Management, Schedule Management
    • Expertise in Project management tools
    • Working experience in platforms such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint.
    • Conducts thorough risk management for all project risks and opportunities.
    • Identifies roadblocks to customer satisfaction and quality issue resolution. Reports roadblocks to Program Management and the resolution team members.
    • Participate in Change Management process / up-scope identification and templates
    • Ensures that the project meets all objectives for quality and looks continuously for quality improvement and customer satisfaction.
    • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to stakeholders.
    • Create & maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans & reports.
    • Actively applies appropriate best practices and lessons learned throughout the life of the project. Monitors, controls and reports defined KPIs.
    • Ensures data in all project-related tools and repositories is kept up-to-date and with high quality.
    • When required, provide support for deployment activities by attending maintenance window work to manage the team and deliverables.
