Job Description

    Job DescriptionLocation : Bangalore / CoimbatoreExperience : 8-14 YearsQualification : B.E/B. Tech /M. Tech /MCAType : PermanentWhat you will be doing
    • Work with product teams to ensure that all our services have the right Observability and metrics in place so that we detect problems before our customers do. Youve to partner with product development teams in the past and enjoy diving deep into how applications work and how best to measure them
    • Scale out existing and new Observability tools and Youre familiar with the types of tools, while also being aware of other industry leaders in the space
    • Help to build out a new distributed tracing system. Making use of existing technologies, such as Open Telemetry and youll work on our distributed tracing implementation
    • Contribute to our logging solutions and scale them to meet the needs of a growing business
    • Be hands-on in the implementation of our Observability technologies. Youve to drive the deployment of these tools at scale and have the experience in working with a rapidly growing infrastructure & containerization application
    • Quality delivery of services as per the defined Service Levels and KPI s
    • Collaboration with onsite /offshore team and customer coordinators, Stakeholders Management, Technical documentation, and Training delivery
    • Ensure Customer Satisfaction, Escalation Management in the Services Delivered and Continuous improvement of services
    • Provide extended support for planned Maintenances and On Call readiness support
    • Should be able to work in shifts and travel to customer location for business need
