Job Description

    Job opening for Core Consulting/ Advisory Transformation role for Multiple domainsAvailable domains are Retail, Media, CPG, Utilities, ENU or ERU or E&U or core FNA domain or travel domain.Multiple levels are openBelow are the keypointers- Advisory experience supported by experience (operations, transitions, transformation) in F&A, Procurement kind of back office functions. Exposure to Shared Services is a must as also outsourcing/ offshoring- Role will involve selling (solution selling), engagement delivery (leading teams/ individual assignments as well) and client management. If and when world opens up - there will be travel- Person should be able to engage clients in credible conversations and have experience based ideas/ case studies to make the conversations meaningful- Should have ability to - roll up- the sleeves and get hands in tactical engagement delivery activities like documentation, process assessments, data analysis, report drafting, team mentoring/ reviews- Should have a good understanding of how shared services or any other operational cost centers work - budgeting, service management, staffing and must be able to create business case simulation in support of the solutions being proposed.,
