Participates in the development of Architecture and Microarchitecture specifications for the Logic components. Provides IP integration support to SoC customers and represents RTL team. IP verification engineer playing a critical role in developing Memory Interface products. He/She develops pre-Silicon functional validation tests to verify system that will meet design requirements. Creates test plans for RTL validation defining and running system simulation models and finding and implementing corrective measures for failing RTL tests, analyzes and uses results to modify testing. Develops and supports design for test (DFT) structures. Determines design for test approaches and develops DFT architecture. Designs and verifies DFT structures for memories (MBIST), digital and analog circuitry. Performs scan synthesis. Creates, simulates and verifies automatic generated test patterns (ATPG). Creates functional tests and corresponding test patterns. Knows about failure mechanisms in silicon production and creates test algorithms. Supports silicon bring up of test patterns. Performs diagnosis of test patterns on silicon and optimizes test time.Develops and supports design for test (DFT) structures. Determines design for test approaches and develops DFT architecture.Designs and verifies DFT structures for Mixed Signal IPs which contain digital and analog circuitry.Creates functional tests and corresponding test patterns.Knows about failure mechanisms in silicon production and creates test algorithms.Supports silicon bring up of test patterns and Performs diagnosis of test patterns on silicon and optimizes test time.Qualifications Bachelor or Masters degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of industry experience. For Design Performs logic design, Register Transfer Level (RTL) coding, and simulation to generate cell libraries, functional units, and subsystems for inclusion in full chip designs. Participates in the development of Architecture and Microarchitecture specifications for the Logic components. Provides IP integration support to SoC customers and represents RTL team. As a DDR PHY engineer, you will be involved with all phases of PHY design of high-performance GDDR/HBM and chip-to-chip interconnect; from architecture, RTL to delivery of final GDS For Verification For lead position he/she should have at least 4 years of technical lead experience with successful tape-ins. Expertise in System Verilog language with strong background in developing verification infrastructures and test strategies Strong knowledge of verification methodologies such as OVM UVM and functional coverage development analysis. Strong knowledge of IP Cluster and Chip Level Test writing working with multiple Validation disciplines, Arch, Emulation, Post-Silicon and Software. Very good knowledge of either SerDes (PCIe, USB, MIPI or Ethernet) OR Memory Interconnect like DDR/LPDDR/GDDR, HBM and Die-2-Die interconnect is required -- For DFT Experience in DFT focusing on ATPG. Experience with Synopsys/Mentor tools and flow. Experience in ATPG GLS simulations and debug. Knowledge in SPYGLASS-DFT is an advantage.
