Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Greetings!!We have requirement forDigital Marketing Manager.Please share CVs for the same at hidden_emailLocations:*Chennai - 1 position*Bangalore- 2positionsExp: 2-4 Years (Candidates for this role must have excellent communication skills.).Your responsibilities will include:Driving Digital Presence and Growth for a brand across Facebooks ecosystem, Google ,ecosystem, Native platforms, Affiliates and more.
    • You will plan and execute all organic and paid, social and digital marketing campaigns, including social media ad campaigns, social media content, influencer content and video content and ideation.
    • You will map the consumer decision journey for relevant categories and brands with inputs from Consumers
    • You will identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
    • You will support every product or service launch with relevant digital campaigns & promotions.
    • You will plan and control of the digital budget across different channels
    • You will measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • You will evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
    • Leverage earned media through influencers strategies
    • Coach a team of junior specialists, and guide them through processes, technicalities and strategies.
    • Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns
    • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
    • Bolster your network by interacting with industry professionals and influencers via social media
    • 2-3+ years experience within a similar marketing role, understanding and executing the Digital Acquisition tactics of Social Media (Facebook and Instagram Ads).
    • Experience of creating media plans based your understanding of business goals
    • A strategic thinker to target advertising and optimize campaigns to bring the largest return possible.
    • A digital all-rounder with the ability to drive traffic, acquisition and retention campaigns
    • A strong communicator and collaborator able to work closely with your peers to achieve mutual goals.
    • Powerpoint and Excel skills is a must
