Your work will have real-world impact, and you ll be supported in achieving your career goals.Position Summary:The Web Publishing Specialist will be responsible for taking content from multiple business partners and feeding it thoughtfully into our website s content management system. You will collaborate with business partners to ensure accuracy. You will leverage customer-centric design principles and page analytics to inform and drive your production decisions.The individual will be passionate about digital marketing, building webpages and will be determined to continuously improve results our customers digital experience.To be successful in this role, the candidate must be comfortable working in a highly matrix environment in a global organization, collaborating with large teams across multiple marketing departments. The role is a global role based in Bangalore, India, reporting to a Bangalore, India based supervisor.What Will You Do

• Interact with business partners to understand web content requests and advise on customer-centric designs
• Create web pages within Adobe Content Manager, and customize HTML/CSS code as needed
• Edit optimized web-ready digital graphics by compositing, masking, sharpening, resizing, etc.
• Adhere to the style and navigational guidelines of the website. Propose improvements based on business partners feedback and web analytics
• Work with business partners when content require clarification or correction
• Collaborate with SEO Manager to understand and adopt technical SEO best practices
• Manage workflow and maintain tight deadlines of multiple, simultaneous projects, with prioritization guidance from supervisor
• Interface within the project management system on assigned projects. It includes retrieving assets, communicating details of project, uploading URLs for review, and completing assigned steps within the workflow
• Provide project status updates to the supervisor and business partners to set expectations on timelines, accomplishments, open questions and risks
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and follow Agile principles
• Be available during off-hours to participate in daily standups and attend meetings with team members based in US as needed

Required Skills/Experience

• Bachelor s or Associates degree, and more than 3 years of hands-on experience with customer-facing web sites
• Experience working with content management systems, Adobe Experience Manager a plus
• Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite of products including Photoshop, Acrobat, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver
• Solid understanding of HTML and CSS
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience with backlog management tools, WorkFront and Jira a plus
• Agile experience is a bonus
• Passionate about user experience and customer-centric design
• Interested in page analytics and data-driven approaches
• Basic understanding of SEO principles
• Experience in working with in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based project environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Extreme attention to detail and an eye for design consistency
• Strong focus on high quality deliverables with minimal bugs/errors
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interface with all project team members on a formal, informal, written, and verbal basis
• Team player with a positive attitude who is prepared to go the extra mile to accomplish business objectives
