Job Description

Two key areas of ownership:

  1. Overall SE Asia marketing
  2. Responsible for brand awareness, demand generation and pipeline development for Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Philippines
Responsible for:
  1. Own Reach, Awareness, Credibility and Perception building within our target segments in the region
  2. Own metrics for MQLs, SQLs, Opps, Pipeline contribution from our target set of accounts
  3. Own the overall budget, messaging, marketing strategy, channel mix and campaign execution
  4. Own the content strategy, digital strategy and offline/events strategy for SEA. Collaborate with sales, SDR, partners and product leadership to make this happen
  5. Currently we have one field marketing person, who manages our physical/virtual events, webinars and other marketing campaigns. This person will immediately report into this role
  6. Future resource planning & hiring: Region specific hiring Vs what will be hired/shared centrally
  7. Implement an ABM strategy for the region. Including enabling sales & inside-sales for the region
Requirements:
  1. 7-9 years of B2B marketing experience. Preferably in enterprise tech products or enterprise SaaS. Should be very data driven
  2. Well rounded marketing experience in budgeting, demand generation, campaign planning, campaign orchestration and ABM
  3. We are looking for someone who is a bit of a generalist in marketing. Preferably someone who has been a senior regional marketing manager or regional marketing lead in the past.
  4. History of planned, budgeted, managed & measured end-to-end campaigns across events, tradeshows and digital campaigns would be great.
  5. Ability to collaborate with the central marketing teams such as content, digital, design and product marketing. And ability to closely collaborate with SEA GTM teams such as sales, inside sales, partners and CSMs.
